When receiving e-mails from us, make sure that our e-mail address is added to your contact list to remove any chance of them going into your spam or junk.

If you are using an iCloud account, you would need to go through a small process to add our e-mail address in your contacts. 

Step-by-Step Guide: 

Access your iCloud account.
 

Open the Junk folder. 

 Open our e-mail.

Tap the Forward button. 

Tap Move Message. 

Choose Inbox and tap Move.
