E-mails going directly into your Outlook/Hotmail spam/junk folders

When receiving e-mails from us, make sure that our e-mail address is under the Safelist / Allowed List to remove any chance of them going in your spam or junk. 

 

If you are using an Outlook/Hotmail account, you would need to go through a small process to filter our e-mails to the Safe List / Allowed List.

Access your Outlook or Hotmail account.


Open your Junk e-mail folder from the left.


Open our e-mail.


Click It’s not junk on your e-mail. 

 

 

Now, you would need to click Report so that your provider will register that the e-mail in question will go into your primary inbox when receiving from the same recipient in the future.
