When receiving e-mails from us, make sure that our e-mail address is under the Safelist / Allowed List to remove any chance of them going in your spam or junk. 

If you are using a Yahoo account, you would need to go through a small process to filter our e-mails to the Safe List / Allowed List.

Login to your Yahoo account.

Open your Spam folder from the left.

Open our e-mail from the spam folder.

Click Not Spam on the e-mail.

 This will automatically move the e-mail to your primary inbox and will prevent such e-mails to be sent directly to your Spam folder in the future.
