An Agent may ask you for your 6-digit support pin to help assist with your request while you are on Live Chat.
You can find your Support Pin by tapping on Settings.
You will see Support Pin Code at the top of the page.
You can reset the pin anytime. For security purposes, we suggest that you reset your Support Pin from time to time.
