When receiving e-mails from us, make sure that our e-mail address is under the Safelist to remove any chance of them going in your spam or junk.
If you are using a Gmail account, you would need to go through a small process to filter our e-mails to the Safe List.
Login to your Gmail Account.
Open our e-mail that is located in your Spam folder
If you cannot locate the Spam tab, click More.
Click on the 3 dots on the right.
Click Filter messages like this.
Insert our e-mail “[email protected]” in the first row next to From.
Click Create filter.
Tick the box Never send it to Spam.
Tick Categorise as: and choose Primary.
Click Create filter.
This will create your filter and moving forward, our e-mail will go directly into your normal inbox.
