E-mails going directly into your Zoho spam/junk folders

When receiving e-mails from us, make sure that our e-mail address is under the Safelist / Allowed List to remove any chance of them going in your spam or junk. 


If you are using a Zoho account, you would need to go through a small process to filter our e-mails to the Safe List / Allowed List.


Login to your Zoho account.

Go into your Spam folder on the left side.

Righ-click on our e-mail and select Mark as not spam.

 That will send the email to your Inbox and remove the possibility of any of our future e-mails going into your spam folder.
