There will be a time when the Payments Team will request a Selfie from you. When that happens, here’s what you’ll need:

A Proof of Identity document

A piece of paper containing the date of your withdrawal, amount, currency and signature. This information can be found from the Withdraw section of your ProsperityFX account.

When this information has been gathered, set up a timer or ask someone to take the photo for you and provide it to us. The outcome of the image should be similar to the below:
